RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At FRANK X. LLC, every product is designed and produced with intentional detail, limited production, and careful quality control. Due to the exclusive and artistic nature of our garments and accessories, all return and refund requests are subject to the following policy.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of the order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused at the sole discretion of FRANK X. LLC.
FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Due to the intentional and artistic nature of FRANK X. garments, the following do not qualify as defects or refundable issues:
* embroidery placement variations
* logo alignment differences
* texture shifts
* stitching variations
* distressing
* wash variations
* slight color differences
* natural production characteristics
* artistic or editorial presentation differences
These characteristics are intentional and contribute to the individuality and uniqueness of each piece.
RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

FRANK X. LLC reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or limit any return request based on product condition, policy compliance, or suspected misuse.
Requests submitted outside the return eligibility period may not qualify for review.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved claims may qualify for:

* store credit
* or refund
at the sole discretion of FRANK X. LLC.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by FRANK X. LLC for verified defective or incorrect items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was verified as defective or incorrect.
CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been transferred to USPS or the designated shipping carrier, responsibility for transit, delivery delays, handling, tracking updates, or package loss falls to the carrier.
Any claims regarding lost, delayed, damaged, or mishandled shipments must be submitted directly to USPS or the corresponding shipping carrier using the tracking number provided with the order.
FRANK X. LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues occurring after shipment acceptance by USPS or the designated shipping provider.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions, payment providers, and banking procedures.
EXCHANGES
At this time, FRANK X. LLC does not offer direct exchanges.
Due to limited production and exclusive inventory availability, customers wishing to obtain a different product must complete the return process and place a new order separately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
FRANK X. LLC reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, claim, or request that does not comply with this policy.
